The Challenge

The Roundabout Theatre Company aimed to create a seamless, mobile-first experience for their membership program HIPTIX, addressing patrons aged 18 to 40. The challenge was to provide a free membership with discounted ticket access, integrate automated ID and age verification, and connect to the Tessitura ticketing system for a smooth user experience. Additionally, the goal was to enable personalized and segmented communication based on user behavior within the app.
